Electronics Industry Cleanrooms

Sensitive electronic equipment is easily destroyed by small particle contamination. Clean Zones builds electronics cleanrooms to prevent corruption of your electronic products.

Electronics manufacturers must ensure the cleanliness of their manufacturing space to maintain the integrity of their products. Controlling contamination is critical. From particle filtration to anti-static products, Clean Zones has everything you need to protect your electronics.

A cleanroom is a controlled environment where products are manufactured. The contaminants inside a cleanroom are highly controlled with respect to airborne particulates, temperature, humidity, air pressure, airflow patterns, air motion, vibration, noise, living organisms and lighting. The level to which particulates need to be removed depends on the standards set by our customers.

Cleanrooms are absolutely necessary for the building and manufacturing of electronic components and parts. These parts are extremely sensitive to outside influences. Additionally, electronic treating, processing and storage requires a cleanroom.

Clean Zones’ Electronic Cleanrooms

At Clean Zones we offer a variety of design configurations and construction materials to meet exact specifications. Our cleanrooms prevent contaminants such as chemical vapors, aerosol particles, fibrous materials and microorganism which can be harmful to your electronic products.

All cleanrooms feature a 2 X 4 HEPA or ULPA fan filter unit, 2x4 Cleanroom LED Flat Panel Edge Lit Light Troffers, ceiling tiles doors and wall materials. Electronic cleanrooms require positive or negative air pressure, temperature control and monitoring systems.

Cleanroom Types:

  • Softwall cleanrooms
  • Hardwall cleanrooms
  • Semi Hardwall cleanrooms

Some electronic cleanrooms require ancillary products in the polypropylene line. These products are resistant to acids, solvents and most other chemicals and are also fire retardant.

Polypropylene Products:

  • Constant Volume Chemical Fume Exhaust Hoods
  • Bypass Fume Exhaust Hoods
  • Vertical Flow Exhausting Class 100 Work Stations
  • Wet Process Stations
  • Fume Exhaust Hoods with process tanks
  • Heated baths
  • Dump rinsers
