Upon inspection we were written up due to the fume hoods.

When the inspection was complete our company had been written up do to the filth that was within our fume hoods to the clean rooms. We really dropped the ball on by not keeping the fume hoods clean. We really never thought of cleaning the fume hoods from the clean rooms. We really thought we were safe enough just having the fume hoods and air shower going into the clean rooms. But when the inspect or pulled the fume hoods apart we completely understood how our clean rooms were contaminated even though we had an air shower for each of them.
