CleanZones, LLC offers our Vertical Flow Class 100 Work Stations in different design configurations and materials of construction to meet your exact requirements.  All of our Vertical Flow Class 100 Work Stations feature HEPA or ULPA Fan Filter units,recessed lights, clear acrylic side panels to contain the airflow and adjustable solid state airflow control.

RECIRCULATING CLASS 100 WORK STATION R SERIES

We offer the R Series Recirculating units that are designed to be free standing.  These units provide Class 100 vertical laminar flow atmosphere in an operator work station environment.  Air passes through a HEPA filter and flows continuously downward in the work chamber, and through a perforated work surface. The majority of the air is recirculated back through the filter, and the balance flows out the front of the chamber to be replaced by fresh air. Provides control against cross-contamination within the chamber. The unit is stationary, allowing permanent electric, gas and water services.A hinged shield is provided at the front of the unit to contain the airflow.  Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area.  Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects.

EXHAUSTING CLASS 100 WORK STATION E SERIES

We offer the E Series Exhausting units that are designed to be free standing.  These units provide Class 100 vertical laminar flow atmosphere in an operator work station environment.  Designed as an exhausting vertical flow Class 100 workstation, it is to be used when toxic odors and fumes are present. Intake air passes through a HEPA providing Class 100 air flow into the work chamber, and downward through the perforated work surface. It is then exhausted through the internal wall duct for discharge at the top of the unit. A remote exhaust air system is required to balance the work chamber’s airflow pattern. Storage space is available underneath the work surface.  The unit is stationary, allowing permanent electric, gas and water services.A hinged or sliding shield is provided at the front of the unit to contain the airflow.  Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area.  Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects.

Features for all of our Vertical Class 100 Work Stations

• Standard construction is Wood board with plastic laminate exterior.  Corrosive Resistant Polypropylene, Epoxy Painted Steel, 304 or 316L Stainless Steel units are also available.
• Front loaded High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 3” thick minipleat design 99.99% efficient @ 0.3 micron in an anodized aluminum frame, PSL tested in accordance with IEST Standards.
• High Efficiency direct drive 120V motor blowers for continuous duty.  Motors/Blowers are selected to maintain constant airflow rate up to twice the initial static pressure.
• Solid-state speed control.
• Recessed 2 pin T-8 fluorescent lighting 100 ft.candle on work surface and prismatic refractive lens cover.
• Prefilters with easy replacement and maintenance.
• Three-Prong 120V power cord.
• Clear Satin Anodized 6063-T5 Aluminum Frame for the DWS Series
• Perforated front and rear table tops on the R and E Series units to maintain proper airflow through the unit.
• Average measured clean air velocity 90 fpm (+/- 10fpm). All measured values within +/- 20% uniformity.
• Individually tested and certified to meet or exceed the specifications for Unidirectional Flow Clean-Air Devices as per Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology recommended practices.
